STRESS REDUCING PHEROMONE

In mammals, all nursing females release substances called appeasing pheromones, the function of which is to reassure the offspring. These pheromones calm the puppy at times of stress and provide reassurance, particularly in unknown environments and when encountering novel experiences. The reassuring properties of these pheromones continue even into adult age. Comfort Zone^® spray with Adaptil^® mimics the properties of the natural appeasing pheromones.

Comfort Zone^® spray with Adaptil^® helps alleviate fear-related behaviors associated with travel, new environments, visits to the vet, crate confinement or kennels, and other situations where your dog may feel uncomfortable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Spray 8-10 pumps in the general area where the dog will be residing 15 minutes before the dog is introduced into the environment (car, carrier, etc.). Each animal will respond differently, but effects should last approximately 4-5 hours. Reapply if travel lasts longer than 4 hours. Each bottle contains approximately 50 applications (8 pumps/application).

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

This product should not stain or mark. Nevertheless, owing to the wide variety of materials used in household furnishings, we advise that you test the product on a sample that is not easily visible prior to using it.

Do not spray directly on the dog or on food. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces. No smoking. Avoid breathing vapours. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Store in a well ventilated place. Keep cool. Dispose of container to hazardous or special waste collection points, in accordance with local regulations.

DO NOT USE DIRECTLY ON ANIMALS.

Empty packaging and any remnants of the product should be disposed of in accordance with current regulations covering disposal of waste products.
